My journey started back in December of 2018 when on the 3rd go,(yes really!) I passed my CBT.
Life got in the way & It wasn't until June of 2020 my wonderful 2014 Yamaha YZFR125 Was delivered! Finally I was able to experience something I had wanted for many years!
( Convincing my parents daily that I really do want a motorbike and yes they are dangerous and yes I am serious and obviously no I won't get a fast bike duh that's silly )
So, October 2020, after 5 glorious months on my 125 I was in for my A2 License! I Passed 1st time with only 1 minor on each MOD....I could finally get a bigger bike. Well it was only fair I got the 125s bigger sister & upgraded to a 2016 R3. I Absolutely adored that bike & I'd still own one now!
December 2020......Well, that was when the infamous Monster made her appearance into my life! Yup, A Gorgeous 2009 Ducati Monster 696+. The R3 Stuck around for a few weeks until I became a full time Monster owner. Turns out, she hadn't been well loved at all and over the months she'd require some serious work! I adore this bike nevertheless & the character of her engine.
Unfortunately as of today (July 2022) she's been off the road since October 2021. With limited time & money she has been tucked away while I commute on my 2008 CBF600. Certainly a huge step down from the monster but I have learnt to love the Honda & it's reliability! Ha.
But, October 2022.....Full license.....Pending.....
What's next? R6? RS660? CBR600RR? GSXR750?
